Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & rescheduling for all appointments across all clinics must be made within 24 hours notice of your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.​
When you book a in person initial appointment we require a 50% pre-payment to secure your appointment. Online initial consultations require full pre-payment. This is fully refundable with 24 hours notice of cancellation. For more info on deposits visit FAQ's.

Cancellations & rescheduling where pre-payment and deposits have occurred can be issued with a refund or have the credit held for a future booking, when more than 24 hours notice has been provided.

Your notice allows me time to offer your slot to another client in need of care in my busy practice.
