Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & rescheduling for all appointments across all clinics require more than 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.​

 

When you book an in-person initial appointment we require a 50% pre-payment to secure your appointment. Online initial consultations require full pre-payment.

 

All pre-payments are fully refundable, or can be held as an account credit, with more than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
